When placing your order you will have the option to pay the deposit or pay in full. Paying the deposit DOES NOT neglect your obligation to pay the full amount. Invoices for the remaining balance will be sent once your project is complete.

Design files will only be sent after payment has been received.

PLEASE NOTE: Printing is NOT included in our pricing. You will receive design files only. 




What is the design process like?

My design process usually entails:

  • Service Identified
  • Invoice/Payment submit
  • Email/Consultation
  • First Drafts/Initial Concepts Created
  • Client Review
  • Revisions
  •  Final Files Sent


What forms of payment do you accept?

You can place your order online directly through our website and use any form of card payment or use Shop Pay to split payments.   


How many designs will I get with my order?

For all orders 2 design concepts will be provided per item.  More concepts can be added for an additional fee.


What if I am not satisfied with the work?

Before a project begins a consultation is had to ensure I have an understanding of your needs and what you are looking to capture. In the event that you are not satisfied, an order can be edited up to 3 times if necessary.  If additional edits are made after the third edit a $25 fee will be issued per change. 


Do you provide revisions? Is so, how much?

Yes. For each order, I will edit a graphic three times, if necessary. In the event  more  than three edits are made you will be charged a $10 fee for each additional revision.


Do I need to book a consultation?

For all new clients, I require that a consultation is booked.  In order to ensure we are executing your vision and providing exactly you've requested I find it best to talk.  Before I begin a project I book a 15-30 minute call to discuss vision, colors, ideas, etc. 


What is the turnaround time for my order?

Please check with us at the time of booking what the turnaround time will be for your order. 


I’m in a rush for a particular project, do you offer rush services?

I  usually can accommodate a rush order depending on my production schedule at that time, however, additional fees will apply.


 What is your Cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel  within 48 hours of your placed order, your deposit is able to go toward a future service.


What if my project is approved and completed, and I change my mind or notice that I want additional changes?

Upon acceptance of your project, you accept responsibility for the final edits. If any more changes are requested an additional change fee will be charged.


I want to place an order for a logo, what do I need?

For all logos, please come concept ready!  Have an idea in mind, preferred colors, vision, etc.  (We can't execute what you don't express to us!)


I want to print my items, do you have any suggestions?

Yes! We offer printing services for specific items like business cards, thank you cards, hang tags, retractable banners, etc.
