Late Policy: 

Once the call has been scheduled, clients that do not show up for their appointment time or reach out within 15 mins of the scheduled time will be required to reschedule within 48hrs.  If no reschedule date has been established after that time the payment will be void and the client will be required to pay again if interested in another call.
